A successful maths lesson.... for a change =O

Multiplication is definitley the only part of maths that i actually understand =)... Glad to say we are half way through the week, although i can think of much better ways to spend my evening than talking to people on the phone about car tax booohooo =(... not long untill FRIDAY =D YEYEYEYEY. Peace out x

Walking

I went for a lovely walk on Sunday from Langland Bay to Caswell.... It was refreshing to be by the sea after a night out drinking Saturday, definatley something to help clear the hangover.

Hmmm.....

I tend to feel useless in literacy at the moment as the past three lessons have focused on spelling.... something which i am appalling at.. so for the moment i have taken a backseat... thank god for spell check =D!! Another lesson on blogging and wikis in ICT... which i'm kind of getting used to... but after looking for information on the internet on technology and education in the past twenty years i think our wiki page is going be a bit on the minimalistic side.... ooopps (and as i am only twenty one, can't really comment on it myself.)

Tried to make a dent in Sians assignment but fell asleep for an hour after reading EI why it can matter more than IQ...... hmmm oh well off to the pub now for some food and a quiz with work... i'm sure my wealth of knowledge is going to make me a valuable member of the quiz team ha ha ha not =D xxxx

Refrences and Wikis

Today we learnt how to refrence using Microsoft word 7 yeye... now i have no excuss not to reference properly!! We also learnt what a Wiki was and used our own Wiki... looks like it could be fun. :)

I chose to study at Swansea Metroplitan University as i didn't want to move away from home. Uni is literally 10 minutes away from where i live so was really convenient as i work part-time for the DVLA in Swansea. I didn't want to have to give up my job becasue i love shopping!!! I have always wanted to be a teacher and luckily for me Educational Studies is one of SMUs degree courses so it seemed like the perfect Uni for me to go to :-).
